Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on items considered non-resealable or tampered with.
For hygiene reasons, jewellery such as earrings can only be returned if unopened and in its original fully sealed packaging.
Certain items cannot be returned, for example; custom products such as special orders or personalised items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are not refundable when you use our free return service.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return by email, will not be accepted. If the articles are not received at the warehouse, we will not be able to process the return.
