How to Return
You have thirty (30) calendar days after you have received your products, to return your item(s). Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Make sure to read the Return Eligibility to guarantee you get your refund.
To return any item(s), please send us an email at care@kudefudre.com including the following details: Order number, Item(s) code(s), reason for your return. You will find this information in the Order Confirmation Email we sent you when making the order.
Once we receive your return request we will send you a Return Request confirmation email, with label. A return fee of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the courier charges. International customers need to take care of the delivery cost with their local courier or postal services. Alternatively, you can choose to send your items through your private courier.
Please, make sure to choose a Tracked Service. We do not take responsibility for any lost parcels. Please refer to the Return Eligibility below before sending us your items. Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be refunded.
