All returns must be sent to us within (30) days of receiving your items for a full refund.
International customers are responsible for paying costs associated to the return as well as acquiring and completing a customs declarationforms and paying UK VAT (20%) if applicable.
When returning an item you should keep your courier proof of postage to track your parcel. We will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.
