The fastest way is to return your item(s), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please send us an email as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. This will depend mostly on the preparation stage.
If you cancel an item that qualifies you for a promotion or special price over the total of your purchase, you may no longer be eligible to receive that discount or promotion.
Custom products cannot be cancelled or exchanged once the order has been placed.
Once we have processed your order and the items are ready to ship, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
