Once we’vereceived and approved your return, you will receive an email notification from us.
If your return has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account once the refund is processed. We recommend waiting at least 14 days from the date you sent your return back to us before contacting us.
When an order is placed using a promotional code offering a reduction, the return of one or several articles may result in the cancellation of the promotion as it may not meet the eligibility criteria for the reduction. If all the rest of the criteria are met, the refund will be made taking into account the difference, according to each case.
