Wool | Care Advice

Clean & Maintain

-Wool is naturally odour resistant. Air wool pieces out between wears. Resting them for at least 24 hours can also help them maintain their shape.
-Hand-wash in cool water with a wool-specific detergent. Use a mild, pH-neutral, wool-safe detergent. Submerge the item in cool water with detergent, gently press the fabric without rubbing, and let it soak for up to 30 minutes.

Handle & Store

-Store correctly: Make sure the item is clean and dry before storing. Store wool in a cool, dry place to prevent stretching, and lay garments flat instead of hanging them.
-Store wool in airtight containers or a cool, dry place to prevent stretching, and lay garments flat instead of hanging them.

What to Avoid

-Tumble dryers, this can cause wool to shrink. Instead, gently squeeze out excess water without wringing or twisting.
-Harsh chemicals like bleach, optical brighteners, or enzymes.
-Rubbing a stain off or when hand-washing.
